As part of the clearance process we can also make you offers on good quality furniture items and we also donate to local and national charities. Waste and recycling usually go offsite in the vans for processing and disposal but we can use onsite skips as well. We only use licensed trade waste facilities for disposal and we recycle as much as possible as you would expect of us.

Sometimes we can offer an element of offset against our manpower and waste disposal costs and sometimes its an outright purchase of items for us to resell. Every property we visit is different and we are always on the lookout for decorative objects for the house and gardens. We can point you to specialist dealers and antique auctions to discuss higher value objects.

Allied to this, we help many of our clients to realise greater returns from property clearances, sometimes when we dont even clear the property as it might not be cost effective or time effective to involve 3rd party contractors.
